By accessing or using PetCare+ ("the App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). PetCare+ is operated by Fox Tech Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
To use PetCare+, you must: be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and provide accurate and complete registration information. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
To access PetCare+, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through a supported authentication method.
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access, and keeping your account information accurate and up to date. You may not share your credentials, create multiple accounts, or use another person's account.
PetCare+ is a pet health tracking application that allows you to: create and manage pet profiles; track vaccinations, medications, weight, veterinary appointments, feeding schedules, and food stock; record allergies and chronic conditions; log pet-related expenses; store pet health documents and photos; receive reminders for vaccinations, medications, appointments, birthdays, and adoption anniversaries; generate and share Emergency Cards, Pet Sitter Cards, Vaccine Passports, and Health Reports; and view health insights, trends, and analytics (Pro subscription).
PetCare+ offers a free tier with limited features including 1 pet profile, basic health tracking, and an Emergency Card.
PetCare+ Pro unlocks additional features including unlimited pets, health insights and analytics, expense tracking, export capabilities, and sharing features. Pro is available as an annual subscription (billed once per year at the price displayed at time of purchase) and a lifetime purchase (one-time payment for permanent access).
All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not store your payment card information. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
A lifetime purchase grants access to Pro features for the lifetime of the App. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of PetCare+ as a product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. If PetCare+ is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PetCare+, including pet profiles, health records, photos, documents, and expense records. You grant Fox Tech Labs LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter, including pet health records, medication dosages, vaccination dates, and veterinary information. PetCare+ is a record-keeping tool, not a medical or veterinary advice service.
When you generate and share documents (Emergency Cards, Pet Sitter Cards, Vaccine Passports, Health Reports), you are responsible for the distribution and any consequences of sharing that information.
PetCare+ is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary care. The App is a record-keeping and organizational tool only. Health scores, life stage information, and care tips are general guidance and do not constitute veterinary advice. Vaccination schedules and medication reminders are based on general guidelines and may not be appropriate for your specific pet. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on information displayed in the App.
You agree to: provide truthful and accurate information, use the App for its intended purpose of pet health tracking, respect the intellectual property rights of Fox Tech Labs LLC, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may NOT: attempt to access other users' data or accounts, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, use the App to transmit malware or malicious code, create automated systems to access the App without permission, use the App for any unlawful purpose, or resell or redistribute the App or its features.
The App, including its design, code, features, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of Fox Tech Labs LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fox Tech Labs LLC shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, including pet health records; any veterinary or medical decisions made based on information in the App; any consequences resulting from shared documents (Emergency Cards, Pet Sitter Cards, etc.); inaccurate vaccination schedules, medication reminders, or health scores; or interruption of Service or loss of access to the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
PetCare+ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
