PetCare+ ("the App") is a product of Fox Tech Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy supplements the Fox Tech Labs LLC General Privacy Policy and explains the data practices specific to PetCare+.
By using PetCare+, you agree to the terms of this policy and our General Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information You Provide
When you use PetCare+, you may provide: account information (name, email address, password), pet profiles (pet name, species, breed, gender, date of birth, adoption date, photo, microchip ID, insurance information, color/markings, notes), health records (vaccination records, medication logs, weight measurements, veterinary appointment details, allergies, chronic conditions), care records (feeding logs, food brand and type information, food stock levels), financial records (expense entries including category, amount, description, and receipt photos), documents (photos and files you upload such as veterinary records, insurance documents, and receipts), contact information (veterinarian name, clinic name, and phone number stored within pet profiles and shared cards), and emergency and sharing data (information included in Emergency Cards, Pet Sitter Cards, and Vaccine Passports that you choose to generate and share).
Information Collected Automatically
Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers), usage data (features used, interactions within the app), push notification tokens (if you enable notifications, we store your device token to deliver reminders for vaccinations, medications, appointments, birthdays, and food stock alerts), and subscription status (whether you have an active free or Pro subscription).
We do not collect precise GPS location data. We do not access your contacts, microphone, or other device sensors unless you initiate camera access to take a photo. We do not use tracking technologies for advertising. We do not collect or store payment card details — all payments are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
We use the information you provide to: store and display your pet health records, vaccination history, medication schedules, and care logs; calculate health scores, weight trends, medication compliance, and life stage information; generate reminders and notifications for vaccinations, medications, veterinary appointments, birthdays, adoption anniversaries, and low food stock; generate shareable documents (Emergency Cards, Pet Sitter Cards, Vaccine Passports, Health Reports, Expense Reports) when you request them; process and manage your subscription (free or Pro); improve the App based on usage patterns; and provide customer support.
PetCare+ allows you to generate and share certain documents. Emergency Card contains your pet's name, species, breed, allergies, medications, microchip ID, veterinarian contact, and owner contact information. Pet Sitter Card contains feeding schedules, medications, allergies, veterinarian contact, and special care instructions. Vaccine Passport contains complete vaccination records with dates and veterinarian information. Health Report contains comprehensive health data including vaccinations, medications, weight history, allergies, and chronic conditions. Expense Report contains your recorded pet-related expenses.
When you share these documents via the share function on your device, the data leaves our servers and is transmitted through whatever method you choose (messaging apps, email, etc.). We are not responsible for how recipients handle this shared information.
All pet data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Photos and documents you upload are stored in secure cloud storage. Authentication is handled through secure methods including email/password and social sign-in options. Your data is associated with your account and is not accessible to other users unless you explicitly share it through the App's sharing features. We do not store payment card details.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted, including: pet profiles, health records, vaccination records, medication logs, weight logs, veterinary appointments, feeding logs, food stock data, expenses, documents, allergies, chronic conditions, notification preferences, and uploaded photos/files. Account deletion is available in the App under Settings. Deletion is irreversible.
PetCare+ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, export your data (available to Pro subscribers via CSV export), object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
