By downloading, installing, or using Our Days ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Our Days is operated by Fox Tech Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Wyoming, United States.
Our Days is a mobile application that allows you to: track the number of days in your relationship; create and manage anniversaries, milestones, and custom dates; record memories, notes, and events; receive reminders for upcoming dates and milestones; and access premium features including unlimited milestones, themes, and widgets (Premium feature).
To use the App you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and notifying us immediately at support@foxtechlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated via in-app notification before taking effect.
Our Days is intended as a personal tool for tracking dates and memories in your relationship. The App is provided for personal and entertainment purposes only.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of dates, reminders, or other content you enter into the App. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to record. We are not liable for any consequences arising from missed reminders, lost data, or reliance on information displayed in the App.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; submit false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code; or resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written consent.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Fox Tech Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your data (relationship records, milestones, memories, notes) remains your property. By storing data in the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fox Tech Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10.00, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fox Tech Labs LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fox Tech Labs LLC regarding the App.
