Our Days is a product of Fox Tech Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Our Days (the "App").
This policy supplements the Fox Tech Labs LLC General Privacy Policy available at foxtechlabs.com/privacy. In the event of a conflict, this app-specific policy takes precedence for matters relating to Our Days.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information You Provide
Account information (name and email address), relationship information (relationship start date, anniversary dates, partner name or nickname), milestones and events (custom dates, titles, descriptions, and notes you create), memories (notes, messages, and other content you choose to add), and photos (photos you choose to upload to milestones, memories, or your profile).
Information Collected Automatically
Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers), usage data (features used, interactions, time spent in the App), and push notification token (if you enable notifications).
We use your information to: provide and maintain the App and its features; create and manage your account; calculate and display your relationship days, milestones, and upcoming dates; send anniversary and milestone reminders via push notification; process in-app purchases through Apple App Store; analyze usage patterns to improve the App; detect and prevent security issues or fraudulent activity; and comply with legal obligations.
If you enable notifications, we collect and store your device push token to deliver reminders for anniversaries, milestones, and custom dates you set. You can disable notifications at any time in Settings or in your device's notification settings.
We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

We implement the following security measures: all data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest; secure authentication and account management; API keys and sensitive credentials stored server-side only, never on client devices. You can only access your own data — other users cannot access your relationship records, milestones, or memories.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@foxtechlabs.com.
GDPR (EEA residents): You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@foxtechlabs.com.
CCPA (California residents): You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made.
