By downloading, installing, or using Warranty Tracker ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Warranty Tracker is operated by Fox Tech Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Wyoming, United States.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free Tier: The App is free to download and allows you to add up to 5 products at no cost.
Pro — Lifetime: A one-time purchase of $4.99 grants lifetime access to all Pro features, including unlimited products, receipt scanning, and expiry notifications.
Pro — Yearly: An auto-renewing annual subscription of $1.99/year grants access to all Pro features. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated via in-app notification before taking effect.
The receipt scanning feature uses Anthropic's Claude Vision API to extract information from receipt images. By using this feature:

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Fox Tech Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
Your data (product information, photos, notes) remains your property. By storing data in the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Warranty reminders are for informational purposes only. Warranty Tracker is a reminder tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of warranty expiry dates, and we are not responsible for any losses arising from missed warranty claims.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fox Tech Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10.00, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fox Tech Labs LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@foxtechlabs.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fox Tech Labs LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
