Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any mobile application or website operated by Fox Tech Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Fox Tech Labs LLC. Individual applications may have supplementary terms that address app-specific features and usage.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, your name, and a password. You may also sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

You may not share your account credentials with others, create multiple accounts, use another person's account without permission, or create an account using false or misleading information.

User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to use the Services in accordance with their intended purpose, provide truthful information, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and respect intellectual property rights.

You may NOT:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our Services or infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
• Exploit or abuse free tier features (such as credit systems or daily limits)
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or security measures

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design) are owned by Fox Tech Labs LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without our express written permission.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through our Services (such as photos and text). However, by submitting content, you grant Fox Tech Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit such content.

Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of our Services require in-app purchases or subscriptions.

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Pricing is displayed within the app before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies
• Credit purchases (consumable in-app purchases) are non-refundable once credits have been used

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect active subscription periods.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any third-party services or content integrated into our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fox Tech Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse our Services (including circumventing rate limits or credit systems)
• Engage in any activity that disrupts our Services or harms other users

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings within the app. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
